Les DouceSoeurs, from travelling café to Roslina

An adventure that began on three wheels

Les DouceSoeurs began in 2016 with a cheerful idea: to serve coffee and cakes from a cargo tricycle at markets and events around Fontainebleau. This mobile setup allowed the team to meet local people where they already gathered, rather than adding another fixed stop to a visitor circuit.

The project grew, the team expanded and a temporary café opened in Moret-sur-Loing. On 20 February 2022, the Roslina shop opened and the story took a new name, with plans to bring together coffee, tea, light food, a shop and workshops. Where is the project today?

The Roslina Café website describes its shop, which opened in 2022, presents its teas, infusions and coffees, and says that the cargo tricycle continues to attend events. The Moret-Loing-et-Orvanne business directory still lists Roslina at 1 rue du Peintre Zanaroff. Check with the team to see how and where it is serving customers that day.
